Day 1. San Jose - Manuel Antonio Park
Arrival into Costa Rica. Welcome and depending on the time of arrival, a private transfer with an English speaking driver to the Central Pacific region and directly to Manuel Antonio Beach and your hotel.The fastest route by road is 2 ½ hours on a highway road. There is a longer, more scenic route which is 3 ½ hours long.

Day 4. Manuel Antonio Park - San Jose (Breakfast)
After breakfast, private land transfer to your hotel in San Jose.

Day 5. San Jose -Tortuguero (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
After early breakfast, transfer to the airport for the 06.15am flight to Tortuguero. Arrival and transfer to your lodge, the Pachira Lodge - www.pachiralodge.com Tours in the rainforest included in the package.

Day 6. Tortuguero (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Enjoy the rainforest setting with all tours and meals included in the package.

Day 7. Tortuguero - San Jose - Arenal (Breakfast)
After early breakfast, return flight to San Jose at 06.55am. Arrival at 07.15 and private transfer with an English speaking driver to Arenal. This journey will take about 2 ½ hours by road. Transfer to your hotel.
Today you will embark on a guided hike to Arenal Volcano. You will hike through Las Coladas Trail which crosses the rain forest and goes over a large lava flow from 1992. It is possible to observe a great variety of plants, wildlife, and magnificent lava formations here.
Once on top of the lava flow, you will have a beautiful view of the Arenal Lake. The hike ends at a viewing area where, if weather permits you will be able to see lava rolling down. Return to your hotel.

Day 8. Arenal - Monteverde (Breakfast)
After breakfast, private land transfer with an English speaking driver to Monteverde and your hotel. The journey will take approximately 4 hours. Free afternoon at leisure.

Day 9. Monteverde (Breakfast)
Today you will be able to explore the region with your private naturalist guide. Return to your hotel.

Day 10. Monteverde - San Jose (Breakfast)
After breakfast, enjoy a morning canopy Zip Line Tour before your return private transfer with an English speaking driver to San Jose. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 11. San Jose (Breakfast)
After breakfast, private transfer to the airport for your flight home.
